I captured this stunning sunset sky on one cold evening last week.
Today is 156 birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda – one of the greatest yogis of all the times. He was the first one to introduce Yoga to the western world(1893) before Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga. His works and talks are still an inspiration to the young and old. So many things to learn and practice from great minds. I visit and re-visit his Raja-Yoga book for the Swadhaya(self -study) all the time.
“Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life; dream of it; think of it; live on that idea. Let the brain, the body, muscles, nerves, every part of your body be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success, and this is the way great spiritual giants are produced.”
