Dahi Vada – Deep fried lentil pakodas(fritters) served with a copious amount of yogurt(Dahi) with chutneys, spice, and cilantro
Dahi Vada is always refreshing. Have it at any time of the day. It can be eaten as a snack or appetizer or chat or as a main dish. Usually, this is preferred on a hot day, but there are no rules to eat good food. Tasty, creamy and delicious. I was not in a mood to eat any spicy food, so this served the purpose.
