December Sunset

On this cold December afternoon there were a few snow flurries and in the evening there was this gorgeous sunset. Within minutes, the sun went down. It was a beautiful evening!

Gratitude and Yoga

I did my yoga routine. Finished my Surya Namaskara. And chanted Patanjali mantra. A beautiful day started with a grateful heart. It felt good from inside out. But this doesn’t happen every day. I wish I could. But I try. It’s a practice and needs to be practiced every day. Continue reading
