It is Autumn and is in all its glory in Shenandoah. Every time it is magical. Gorgeous shades of leaves are everywhere. The Birch, Oak, Elm, and Maple are turned into reds, oranges, and yellows.

It’s October and Fall is in the air

It started to look like fall. It’s been more than twenty days since it rained. So the prediction is that due to the lack of rain we may not get those gorgeous fall colors. The tropical storm Nate’s effect will be here tomorrow. So there is rain in the forecast and hopefully more vibrant fall will be here soon.

In the Kitchen # Vegetarian Hakka Noodles on this National Noodles Day!

Believe it or not. Today Oct 6th is National Noodles Day. I never thought there is a day like this. I came to know through Noodles  & Company(fast food/casual restaurant chain).

In my home, Friday evenings are for pasta, pizza, noodles or some other one-pot dishes or the ones we don’t make regularly. It is much easier than preparing the whole dinner.

Travel Pages # Temples of India – Belur

Ancient Indian temples are architectural marvels. There is so much history, story, and architecture behind every ancient Indian temple. During my last visit to India, I had a chance to visit this beautiful 12th -century Chennakeshava temple. This temple is situated at Belur, Karnataka state, India.

Architecture starts when you carefully put two bricks together. There it begins.
